October 19th is Hokkaido Day in Massachusetts

By declaration of Governor Charlie Baker on the 25th anniversary of the Sister State Relationship between Massachusetts and Hokkaido in 2015.

2020 is the 30th anniversary of the Massachusetts Hokkaido Sister State Relationship.

The Japan Festival on December 6, 2020 will feature events to celebrate this anniversary.
